In case there are those wondering, we will be having our regular service Sunday morning at 10 AM Christmas day, though we won't be having second hour.

Come to Shalom tomorrow (Tuesday Dec. 20) from 2-5 p.m. for craft making and Veggie Tales movies. Bring your own craft supplies if you have something in mind that you want to make. Then enjoy the evening (7 p.m.) caroling in the Schildt's neighborhood.

We will be discussing the possibility of the donation of some property to the church tomorrow at church. Here is some background on the situation and some pictures of the property as well.

Advent is upon us. How are we anticipating God acting in ways that we do not expect?

International Potluck at Shalom tomorrow. There will be no Sunday School. Come and eat right after church, around 11:45 a.m. Bring some food to share or just come as you are. ALL ARE WELCOME!

There will be our traditional Thanksgiving International Potluck this Sunday (Nov. 20) after church and Sunday school at noon. Please bring an international dish to share with your Shalom family. Please bring labels stating what your dish is, and where it is from, and if it contains gluten (wheat), peanuts, dairy, or sugar. There are members who are allergic to those 4 foods. By labeling, you are including them in our food community.

I will also have labels and pens available if you forget. Bring your tableware and silverware as well.

Camp out was soo fun!! Lots of wet, cold, and also sunny memories were made! It was so nice seeing all of you, especially those of you we don't see too often. Can't wait til next year!!! Many of you said you liked Mt. Lemmon for camping because the view was beautiful. I agree.

Camp-out weekend is here! We hope to see you on Mt. Lemmon, Molino Basin on Saturday and Sunday. It might rain or snow so dress warm. Don't forget to bring the food on your food cards! Invite your friends to come with you! IT'S GOING TO BE A BLAST!!
